This is a project we have started this week locally in Plymouth.

The old wooden gate an automation system has got to a point of being to unreliable.

The aim now is to install a newly bespoke fabricated galvanised gate and posts to include a foundation motor which allows direct drive to the bottom of the gate.

More pictures to follow but as progress shows we are well under way and ready to erect our posts in the 600mm deep trench’s

This is a perfect example of how neat a new set of architectural aluminium doors and full door automation can look.

We removed the old dated wooden door sets and installed these bespoke doors manufactured by Cornwall Aluminium Windows for a national management company in Cornwall.

Carefully installed by our in-house window and door fitter.

The automation and interfacing with the existing fob access control and door entry was carried out in the same day meaning this was a smooth transition.

Within our company it’s not just automatic swing doors that we install and maintain.

We also cover sliding doors as well. Here are some brief shots of a job we have carried out giving a sliding door to a dance studio a new lease of life.

We have replaced both low level floor guides and the four-door hanger rolling carriages.

Given all the moving parts a degrease and clean and even tensioned the drive belt whilst on site
