One of our Directors has had the opportunity to have worked for the industry leader Tunstall Telecom as a service engineer.
With such a grounding in warden call we are the perfect answer to carry out all works you will require on your system in place.
In the more current years, we have been Subcontracting to Tunstall where we undertook their in-house training to install their new state of the art Communical Vi and IP warden call systems.
As well as installing Tunstall warden call, we are also completely up to speed with Tynetec and trained on their new system Advent XT2.
As we are always involved in many warden call upgrades across the south west, we have had the opportunity over the years to collect and refurbish many types of equipment. meaning we can repair and replace the older systems still installed to keep them running for many years to come.

Plymouth Charity Trust have used Alford Electrical for many years, approximately 20+, for all of our Careline Alarm / Warden Call System / Electrical needs. In recent years we used Alford Electrical to install a whole new Tynetec system within 73 resident flats and 16 stairwells which included speech modules, pull cords, smoke and heat detectors and a door entry system. Steve and Matt completed this excellently and to a very high standard.They made sure that all of our elderly residents were happy with the install, they ran through the whole system with members of staff and have always been on hand to answer any questions.
