For the last three to four years Powered access Automatic doors and Gates have been one of the main sources of work for us here at Alford Electrical Services.
With lots of experience in access control and door entry we decided to jump in at the deep end with regards to installing, servicing and maintaining powered access doors and gates and we have not looked back since.
Since we strive to install all types of equipment to the best possible standards, we sent our directors and installers to join the ADSA Automatic door Suppliers Association to undertake the EN-16005 automatic door qualifications. This now means we can supply, install and maintain all door automation types to all current regulations set out with in the current regulations.
Along with carrying out the regulation standard qualifications we attended a training day with market leaders in automation Record UK in their head office Hemel Hempsted.
Whilst carrying out numerous door automation packages we were approached to start Suppling and installing Architectural Aluminum door sets. We now have our own in-house door fitter capable of installing any and all types of PCV and aluminum doors and windows.
This allows us to have the edge over other contractors who require to engage with further contractors or sub-contractors.
With a great experience installing maintaining and servicing brands like: Record UK, GEZE, Dorma, CDVI, ASSA ABLOY, Ditec, Premier Swing, Gilgen etc you are sure we will be able to make sure all door systems are safe compliant and operational to the highest of standards.
Along with powered access Automatic Doors we are also able to Install, Service and Maintain powered pedestrian and vehicle gates.
We have great experience in retrofitting existing swing and slide gates as well as brand new installations, including all associated ground works and repairs.
