All our operatives have undertaken the new fire alarm courses provided and audited by the EAL examining body, EAL Fire Detection and Fire Alarm Systems for Buildings.
This ensures any work carried out including preventative maintenance is safe, compliant and will keep running for many years to come.
We can offer bespoke packages for yearly maintenance and emergency call outs for all buildings across the southwest. We can provide four-hour response times on all call outs where required.
Commercial Properties
We can carry out any works on full analogue addressable fire alarm systems with open protocol programming panels. With a great amount of experience of Morley, Kentec, Advanced, CTEC and EMS wireless alarm systems, combined with Apollo, Hochiki and Nittan detection.
Along with large addressable fire alarm systems we can cater for the smaller buildings with standard conventional panels installing, maintenance and servicing CTEC, Haes, Kentec and Twinflex systems.
We can supply maintain and service domestic buildings and landlords right the way through to commercial properties and building owners.
All our operatives carry the appropriate test equipment using our preferred product the Solo test kit, meaning any and all devices and locations can be reached for testing purposes without any further access equipment.
With lots of experience in building control we can also install, maintain and service the following equipment:
- Automatic closing cross corridor fire doors
- Swing free automatic fire doors
- All smoke ventilation and extraction equipment
- Remote alarm diallers voice and non-voice
- Interfacing for all other building control devices e.g. sprinkler systems and evacuation procedures.
Domestic Properties
For the small buildings and domestic flats, we can install, maintain and service fire alarms with standard conventional panels such as CTEC, Haes, Kentec and Twinflex.
Along with central fire alarm systems we can also install Aico detectors commonly installed within a domestic dwelling. These can be installed either hard wired or as a wireless connectivity option.
All our qualified electricians can install and certify any 240v mains powered supply allowing us to undertake all work required to achieve a safe and compliant installation. With in all domestic dwellings and large commercial buildings
