This is a before and after shot of a call out to a constantly failing CCTV system installed by others for Housing21 in Cornwall.

Upon first inspection it was apparent no regard to tidiness had been considered, the cables had been thrown in and the cat5e cables had been terminated and connected straight into the DVR.

Our proposal and permanent fix were to install suitable outlets for the cables and use factory made cat5e patch cables and replace the DVR to a more modern HD Hikvision recorder.

This PTZ 15x zoom Hikvision camera has been installed on a small sister block to the main building using an Ubiquiti nano beam wireless data link from both buildings.

This has allowed our client to successfully monitor the lower extremities of their complex.
